The representation of the products in the on-line shop shows no juridically binding offer, but a non-binding on-line catalogue. By clicking the button "confirm order" you confirm an obliging order of the goods contained in the shopping basket. The confirmation of the entrance of the order follows immediately after sending the order. The bill of sale comes about with our delivery confirmation or delivery of the goods.
Dispatch
The goods are sent by a parcel service. The goods are insured against break and loss on the dispatch way. If a parcel arrives broken, contact us please.
The delivery time is given with the respective article. Should the delivery time exceptionally be longer than 14 working days or a reordering of the article will be necessary, we inform you immediately. If you wish, in this case you can withdraw the order. In addition, you are not bound any more to your order if you receive no delivery confirmation or delivery from us within 2 weeks.
If goods are sent for technical reasons in two or more packages, no additional expenses result for the customer.

Protection of children and young people
With accepting our Terms and Conditions the buyer confirms that he is more than 18 years old. As a result we show that wine packages are handed over basically only to more than 18-year-old.
Guarantee
We guarantee that our goods are stored in our warehouse in good condition and we work with the compulsory care also with our suppliers. Nevertheless, wine is a natural product which can be defeated in particular with longer storage high-class variations. For these high-class variations we can assume no liability.
