Bodegas Almijara

Here in Cómpeta (Axarquia region) you can find Bodegas Almijara, S.L. The story of this wine producers began by the year 1993, and has already reached the “Málaga y Sierras de Málaga” denomination.

Vineyards that produce Jarel wines are located in the countryside of Competa. Over its loose shale landscape, oriented to the sunrise and poor in organic components, nitrogen, and phosphorus, first quality grapes are grown. Above all types, we can find the famous and outstanding MOSCATEL variety, used to elaborate our known and apreciated wines.
