Over its loose shale landscape, oriented to the sunrise and poor in
organic components, nitrogen, and phosphorus, first quality grapes are
grown. Above all types, we can find the famous and outstanding MOSCATEL
variety, used to elaborate our known and apreciated wines, also known by Competa or Malaga wines.
In the local oil mill a high-quality "Virgen extra " olive oil is produced.
Many herbs of the nature park located above the village provide the bases of the delightful honey.
